FAQs (Frequently asked questions)
What safety measures and safeguarding processes are in place?
Safeguarding is a core part of how we work. We have trained safegaurding leads and follow clear policies and procedures to make sure everyone on site feels safe and supported.
What experience do staff and volunteers have?
Our small team brings decades of experience in working with children, outdoor learning and farm-based activity including those with additional or more complex needs.
What happens if a young person becomes unsettled or needs extra support during a session?
We work at each young person’s pace. If someone needs space or a change of activity, we adapt and support them in a calm, practical way.
What additional or physical access needs are you currently able to support?
At the moment, the site isn’t accessible for those with most physical disabilities. We focus on small, outdoor sessions and access can be uneven. We will be working to improve accessibility and add a disabled toilet over time.
